Is this conference right for you?
YES, absolutely.
If you are someone who:
- Wants a shared experience
- Is currently an active participant in the LDS church
- Is interested in people, regardless if they are someone you may want to date
- If you are able to give others’ attention and hold what they share sacred
- Is willing to commit to the conference for full event
- Is anxious to try something new
- If you are someone who is wanting to be brave
Probably NOT.
If you are someone who:
- Is not quite ready to be vulnerable
- Socializing is your priority when gathering together
- Doesn’t currently consider themselves an active member
- Tends to join singles conferences and then leaves to do your own thing with friends (No judgment. We have all done it. We just need people for the entire time for this one.)
During this experience, be prepared to share, to open your heart, and open your life. You will experience emotions. Come prepared to make friends, and to be a friend.
In order to register, we will ask you a variety of questions that will help prepare us and you for this experience, including short essay answers to the following questions:
What makes you interested in participating in this conference?
What are some of your initial thoughts about why you stay in the Church?
